Shipping to Australia
Standard shipping to Australia is free. Tracking details are emailed after dispatch.
- Dispatch estimate: within 2 business days.
- Delivery estimate: typically 10–20 business days after dispatch to metropolitan addresses. Regional and remote delivery may take longer.
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Contact us before ordering if you need your scanner by a particular date.
Other destinations
We currently have shipping available for New Zealand, the United Kingdom and Canada. Select your delivery country in the store and check the available shipping option and total at checkout. Contact us before ordering for a destination-specific delivery estimate.
Tracking or delivery problems
If tracking has not updated, an address needs correcting, or your parcel has not arrived within the estimated window, contact us with your order number. Tell us about an incorrect address as soon as possible; we may be unable to change it after dispatch. If a parcel is significantly delayed or lost, contact us so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution, including a replacement or refund where applicable.
