Shipping to Australia
Shipping is free on every order and every parcel is tracked.
- Dispatch: within 2 business days of your order.
- Delivery: typically 10 to 20 business days to metropolitan addresses; regional and remote addresses can take longer.
- Tracking: you receive a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is dispatched.
- Duties and taxes: the price you see is the price you pay. GST is included and there is nothing to pay on delivery.
We currently ship to Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and Canada. Delivery windows outside Australia are similar; email us before ordering if you need a firmer estimate.
Returns and refunds
Change-of-mind returns (30 days)
If the scanner is not right for you, you can return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund of the purchase price. The scanner must be unused, complete (scanner, both film holders, cables, adapter, brush and guide) and in its original packaging. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is paid by you; we recommend a tracked service. Once we receive and check the item we refund you to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Faulty, damaged or not as described
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. If your scanner arrives damaged or develops a fault, email us within the first 30 days with your order number and a photo or short video of the problem; we will arrange a replacement or refund and cover the return postage where a return is needed. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
How to start a return
- Email support@slidemora.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We reply within 2 business days with the return address and instructions. Please do not post anything before you receive them.
- Pack the scanner securely in its original packaging and send it with tracking.
- We confirm receipt and process your refund.
Cancelling an order
Email us as soon as possible. If the order has not been dispatched we cancel it and refund in full. If it has already been dispatched, the 30-day return process above applies.
Not covered
Items returned after 30 days, damage caused by misuse, and consumables such as memory cards bought elsewhere. Film formats the scanner does not support (printed photos, movie film, videotapes, 120 medium-format film) are listed on the product page; please check compatibility before ordering.
