These terms apply to purchases made on slidemora.com ("the store"), operated by Slidemora. By placing an order you agree to them. They do not limit any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded.
1. Orders and acceptance
An order is accepted when we send the dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch, for example if the item is unavailable or the price was shown incorrectly; in that case you receive a full refund.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Australian dollars and include GST. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify Payments or the other methods shown at checkout. There are no duties, taxes or fees to pay on delivery.
3. Shipping
Shipping is free and tracked. Dispatch and delivery estimates are set out on our Shipping & Returns page. Delivery estimates are typical windows, not guarantees; if a parcel is significantly delayed or lost in transit we replace it or refund you.
4. Returns and refunds

5. Product information
We describe the scanner as accurately as we can, including which film formats it supports and which it does not. Sample images marked as illustrative are examples of the type of output, not scans from our unit. Specifications marked "to confirm" are taken from the manufacturer and will be updated once we have tested them.
6. Use of the product
The scanner is for personal, non-commercial digitising of your own film. Please follow the printed guide; damage caused by misuse is not covered by our returns policy but your statutory rights remain.
7. Privacy
How we handle your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the price paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits guarantees or rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
